That's exactly what he didn't want from people. He hated playing Smells Like Teen Spirit live after a small while. Sometimes they'd start to play it, get about 30 seconds into it, then just stop and immediately start another song. There are so many other songs that are worth listening to by them that aren't the popular ones on TV and the radio. He didn't make the music for people to just ignore, you know. I really think you should listen to a few more Nirvana songs. They're very good.
Oh my, um...Blew, School, Negative Creep, Love Buzz, Serve the Servants, Spank Thru, Oh the Guilt, Aneurysm, Breed, Dive. I'd say you'll like Nirvana more after hearing those. Be sure to tell me what you think about 'em. YouTube can help along if you don't feel like downloading them. Make sure you find album versions and not live, you know, so it sounds clearer.
I'm one of the biggest Nirvana fans you'll ever talk to, but I don't listen to them everyday, lol. I haven't really listened to more than 5 songs at a time from them in a pretty good while. I've strayed more to Alice in Chains and other bands. I still love Nirvana though. It all comes in phases, my friend.
