Maternity

This is a work I made for Human Figure class in May. I left it in the college before Summer vacation, so I don't think I will see it again.

The work could be about anything, but had to be based in human figure.
I chose the maternity because it is the most beautiful thing about love...When the man and woman become one, they can take part in the miracle of life. A pregnant woman carries a new life, a new hope for the world...It is a beautiful thing, I have no more words.

The drawing actually was the whole figure, but this picture is cropped. It was 6 ft. long so I couldn't scan it. Sorry for the bad quality.

Tool used: a big and long piece of paper, charcoals, and eraser.
